The Origin
Consensus between governments, capital and engineers is the only way complex long-lead infrastructure projects are successfully put into operation.
Consensus Infrastructure ("Consensus Infra" or "Consensus") was born out of a recognition that U.S. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) should have a role in supporting economic development in all corners of Europe. Baseload power unlocks industrial productivity and anchors energy security. The long-term nature of energy relationships between countries can serve as the commercial foundation of strong partnerships.
The undertaking to develop, de-risk, finance and build critical infrastructure is complex. With more than fifty years of collective experience in infrastructure, our three Founding Partners understand the opportunities along the development lifecycle. They named the company after the most important ingredient and the common denominator of successful projects - Consensus.
